The Many Health Benefits Of Organic Green Tea

If you want to lose weight, the best way to go about it is drink as much organic green tea as you can. This is not a joke. There is no better way to lose weight than going organic. Combine this with the many health benefits you get from green tea and you will be well on your way to having your ideal body weight.

Still not convinced? Read on below to learn more about the wonders of green tea.

Green Tea Is Weight Loss’ Holy Grail.

It does not only give you healthy fat burners for quick, efficient metabolism, it also aids in improving your immune system by giving your body antioxidants. Your immune system is responsible for fighting diseases so you can lose weight the healthy way. Antioxidants also help maintain glowing skin and can fight life-threatening conditions such as heart disease and cancer.

It Is Affordable.

Any diet plan should be paired with exercise but a lot requires you to spend on pre-packed meals or supplements that give less than green tea. There is no need to spend so much just to lose weight. All you have to do is drink green tea as often as you can (but preferably every meal) and you will be able to see positive results in under a week.

It Is Commercially Available.

It will not be necessary to scour every health store if organic Matcha green tea powder is what you are after. You will not have to type “where to buy green tea” on your Google search bar. Go to the nearest grocery store in your area and you can find different brands that you can choose from.

Two of my favourites are Bigelow Organic Green Tea and Tazo Organic Iced Green Tea. Bigelow is an established company that has been around since 1945. You cannot go wrong with this brand and the taste is superb. Tazo is owned by Starbucks, so it carries Starbuck’s good name and widely-preferred taste. Lipton and Arizona brands have also gained popularity over the years.

It Is A Better Substitute For Coffee.

This is my personal wake-up call to coffee addicts. Coffee has too much caffeine, affects your sleep patterns, and causes jitters. This is unhealthy and makes you look older than you actually are. Stay away from caffeine-loaded coffee and stick to organic green tea. This has very low caffeine content and does only good things to your body.

If you are like me and enjoy spending hours in coffee shops just reading a good book, you do not have to worry. Coffee shops today have already jumped in the green tea bandwagon. You will be able to choose different flavours that satisfy your taste and at the same time take advantage of many organic green tea benefits.

Green tea probably has a hundred other health benefits and these are just a few. Both the Chinese and the Japanese have been drinking green tea since the beginning of time. Have you seen how thin they are? Let’s not even talk about how much we are envious of their glowing skin. You get these from green tea and so much more.
